a balanced experience
animation team daytime activities food variety fresh food convenient location beach proximity air conditioning lack room temperature large tables shared table ceiling fan cooling issues
the animation team ensured there were lots of activities for everyone. my kids especially enjoyed the kids club. i found the food to be very good (the variety was excellent). the location is also very convenient, close to the beach.
the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was definitely a problem. the ceiling fan did little to cool the room, i felt. the tables in the dining hall were large, i noticed. i often had to share with strangers, which wasn't ideal.

The personnel at reception were helpful. I liked the barbecue restaurant.
The rooms are dated. The room was near a park, and it wasn't soundproof, so every night, loud shouting and fighting outside was audible. The food was very salty, I could only eat salad because of my heart condition.

Solid choice for families
hardworking team good variety professional staff
I appreciated that this place is clean and well-kept. Staff members were professional and helpful. I liked the variety of activities. The animation team worked hard to entertain guests with different games and night shows. I enjoyed the outdoor barbecue restaurant available from Wednesday to Sunday. The staff were professional.

The rooms were spacious with a separate relaxation area. The room was always clean. The design.

Reception personnel were always helpful. Wine came in bottles during lunch and dinner. The animation team was active. They created a lively atmosphere for both adults and families.

The hotel is close to many shops and beaches. It has perfect positioning near Siam Park. Reaching the promenade or other stores is easy thanks to the central location.
